Yoga is a healthy way to finding balance in our bodies and minds. And that’s what my intimate classes offer. The focus is posture, balance, strength and flexibility. It’s about feeling the poses, holding them, and working with correct alignment. This guided practice also helps avoid injury and allows for a more gentle physical practice that isn’t based on a quicker vinyasa flow or one that is so hot you can’t breathe. The small class size means more attention to you. I understand your history, any injuries and concerns, while keeping the practice challenging and yet accessible. This is the foundation to having a practice that will continue to nourish you.
