One of our first meetings will be at Whole Foods to learn about healthy food choices. You will learn how to eat to live, not live to eat. Remember, you are what you eat. Learn how to eat REAL FOODS, and how to incorporate healthy fats. We work on changing the way you think about exercise and food. We can all get stronger every year, gain energy, feel balanced in our hectic lives.
