You’re on your way. Women in their 40s, 50’s and 60’s have different needs. We understand that what might have worked in our twenties and thirties isn’t working for us now. That’s what Healthy Ways for Life is about. It’s personal strength training, private and semi private yoga classes, and nutritional guidance in the privacy of a home studio. I’ve converted my house on the North Shore into a private wellness retreat that offers intimate programs tailored for you.

My philosophy is: We can all get stronger every year, Its never too late to begin! Learn how to make strength training, yoga, and eating healthy real foods part of your everyday life.
